Part-Time Support Staff across all Colleges have been without a contract since January 2024. The College Employer Council continues to overlook the vital contributions of Part-Time employees on the front lines of College operations. To date, they have offered nothing we could consider a fair and reasonable agreement. Despite this, we remain fully dedicated to supporting students to the best of our abilities—because we truly care about students.
Our Bargaining Team remains strong at the table, but it takes both sides to reach an agreement. So far, the College Employer Council has shown little regard for the work we do or the vital contributions we make to the College system
